August 2nd, 1867. U.S. Army Captain James Powell and 25 of his men are attacked by several hundred Lakota Sioux warriors out for blood. With no means of escape, Powell does the only thing he can think to do. He and his men set about collecting their wagons and forming a circle around themselves, barricading them off from their attackers. Miraculously they are able to endure hours of attack until finally their enemies retreat. In the years since, the infamous Wagon Box Fight has become a symbol of strength in unity. When it comes time to band together to get the job done, don't be surprised if you ever hear the words "Circle the Wagons."
