Our Return/Exchange Policy
- If your order was placed on a third party website such as Zulily or Groupon, you cannot return your item to Garage Cotton, you must contact their customer service team.
- Items purchased at the Garage Cotton online store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Socks may not be returned or exchanged.
- Return items may not be worn or washed.
- If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with!
- Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return shipping label.
- Please include your original order confirmation in your return package stating whether or not you would like a RETURN or EXCHANGE.
