a. We want you to be happy, so if your purchase doesn't fit, send it back with an explanation and we'll send you the correct size. We just ask that you don't wash the shirt or remove the hang tag. You pay to ship it back to us and we'll pay to ship the correct size back to you. It's that simple.
b. If for some reason you would prefer a refund, just send your purchase back with an explanation and we'll issue your refund. Here are a couple of important requirements if you would like a refund. The products are not refundable if they have been washed. All tags must remain affixed to the products in their original form. The products must be returned in their original condition (each shirt is inspected prior to shipping for quality purposes and we'll perform that same quality check on all returned items prior to issuing a refund).
c. Because we want you to be happy, you can take up to 60 days to exchange / return an item you purchased from Garage Cotton. After that we'll listen because we care, but we won't be able to do anything more than listen.
Garage Cotton ships all products using the USPS. Standard shipping takes between 3-7 business days. If you haven't received your product after 7 business days, just email us and we'll look into it with the USPS.
